Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through Mangal Dosh Calculator.

• Digital products — no refunds by default. The ₹499 Detailed Mangal Dosh Report and the ₹2,100 Complete Marriage Consultation are digital products/services delivered electronically, with no physical product and no shipping involved. Because of this, purchases are generally not eligible for a refund once the report has been delivered or the consultation has taken place — the same principle that applies to most digital, non-returnable products.
• Duplicate payments. If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-gateway error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full after we verify the duplicate transaction. Please contact jyotishresearch@gmail.com with both transaction reference numbers.
• Failed delivery. If your payment was successful but the Detailed Report was not generated or could not be downloaded, or the Consultation was not delivered, due to a technical issue or error on our end, we will either redeliver it at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.
• Incorrect birth details entered by the user. Since your report depends entirely on the birth details you submit, reports generated correctly based on the information you provided are not eligible for a refund on the grounds that you later realize the input details were incorrect. Please double-check all birth details before completing payment.
• Consultation rescheduling. If you need to change the date/time of a booked Complete Marriage Consultation, contact us before the scheduled session and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule. Once a consultation has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.
• How to request a refund or report an issue. Email jyotishresearch@gmail.com with your payment/order reference, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge and resolve verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refund method. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
