These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.mangaldoshcalculator.com (the "Service"), operated by Jyotish Research ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service — including submitting birth details for a free calculation or purchasing the Detailed Report or Consultation — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older, or by a parent/guardian entering details on behalf of a family member for the purpose of marriage-related astrological assessment. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Description of Service

The Service calculates Mangal Dosh (Kuja Dosha) — detection, severity, cancellation, and Marriage Risk — from the Lagna, Moon, Venus and Navamsha of the birth details you provide. A free result is shown on the website immediately. Two paid upgrades are available: a ₹499 Detailed Mangal Dosh Report (a PDF expansion of the free result), and a ₹2,100 Complete Marriage Consultation (7th house/lord analysis, Dasha compatibility, marriage yogas, remedies, and manual interpretation by an astrologer).

User Responsibilities — Accuracy of Birth Details

Vedic astrological calculations are highly sensitive to the accuracy of birth date, time, and place. You are solely responsible for entering correct birth details. We are not responsible for inaccurate results arising from incorrect, incomplete, or estimated birth information that you provide.

Intellectual Property

All calculation methodology, report design, layout, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Jyotish Research. You may use a purchased report for your own personal or family reference. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or represent a purchased report as generated by a service other than Mangal Dosh Calculator.

Digital Products

The Detailed Report is a digital product delivered electronically. The Consultation is a service delivered by an astrologer. No physical product is shipped.

Payment Terms

Payments for the Detailed Report and Consultation are processed securely through our payment partner. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Once a report has been delivered or a consultation has taken place, the transaction is considered complete, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Service provides astrological information based on classical Vedic astrology principles for guidance and educational purposes. Astrology is interpretative in nature, and we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy of birth-detail-dependent calculations, marital outcomes, or any decision made in reliance on a result or report. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report or consultation giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support channel; if unresolved, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
